Description
Bong cherry is smoked in a “bong” (actually a smoke washing bottle) using cherry wood. The whole thing happens with the sensory abilities and according to a recipe from Patrick Zbinden.
Bong cherry is perfect for drinks that require smoky components such as mezcal or single malt whiskey. Because the cherries for the bong cherry grow in northwestern Switzerland, the responsible design agency Beling Thoenen Design commissioned an interpretation of the wood chipper from the renowned illustrator and artist Thomas Ott; Every two years it causes mischief at a folk festival called Eierleset in the Fricktal town of Effingen and now vouches for the regionality of this product.
The bottles have been printed by Chris Hart and the label can be easily removed if you want to display a Thomas Ott serial in your home bar.
