All orders are shipped within 24 hours by Swiss Post / postal courier.

Shipping costs:
Free shipping within Switzerland from an order value of CHF 150.-.
Shipping costs within Europe (Zone 1*) CHF 20.-

Our parcel will be delivered personally if possible, but without checking the recipient at your delivery address. You are liable if your parcel is lost.

Return

A return of goods purchased from the "LABEL17" online shop is considered a revocation. You can return the ordered goods to us within 7 days after receipt of the goods.

The return of the goods by post is at your expense and risk.
We recommend that you keep the proof of purchase for your return. No returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
